We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the Mission District in San Francisco, the SoHo neighborhood of New York, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.

The Role

Abridge is hiring early career Software Engineers to join our Product Engineering team. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to build and ship meaningful product features using a modern web stack (Typescript, React, Next.js). You'll gain hands-on experience in designing, coding, and delivering software that helps make clinicians' lives easier and healthcare more efficient.

What You'll Do

• Design and build end-to-end features, enhancing our existing systems to add new functionality.
• Fix user-facing bugs and issues and make quality-of-life improvements to the codebase.
• Develop a strong user-centric mindset, building empathy for Abridge's clinicians and the challenges they face.
• Collaborate across our cross-functional product teams, working closely with design, product, machine learning, and infrastructure to ship features to our customers.
• Receive mentorship from our experienced software engineering team, while collaborating one-on-one with teammates within your pod.
