Job descriptionManage all operational aspects of the store including P and L, labor, budget, cleaning, ordering, inventory, product quality Manage a staff of 15-25 employees Build the brand in the community using local store marketing techniques Increase sales Provide all guests with five star service Range starting at $45,000 and up based on experience Bonus eligibility Up to 15 days of PAID TIME OFF Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Flexible schedule Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to walk around small spaces, bend, stoop, kneel and lift overhead Must be able to work on your feet for 8 - 10 hour shifts Must be able to work a schedule in excess of 45 hours per week including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
