Internal Medicine Physician at Integrity Locums summary :

An Internal Medicine Physician is needed for a 3-month assignment to provide primary care at assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. The physician will work Monday to Friday, seeing 15-20 patients daily, with responsibilities including medication management and oversight of advanced practice providers. The role requires an active Kentucky license, ACLS, BLS, and board certification, with clinical support from a Nurse Practitioner.

Coverage Need

ASAP - 3-month assignment to start

Schedule

Monday thru Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 p.m.

No Call, No Weekends

Clinical Details

Primary care at both assisted living and skilled nursing facilities

Seeing 15-20 patients a day

Working at on facility per day

Multiple Sites in catchment area

Reliable transportation

Medication management

Adult and Geriatric Patients

Oversees APP's onsite

Clinical Support

Nurse Practitioner

Requirements

Active Kentucky License

ACLS, BLS

Active KY DEA

Board certified

AMDA certification preferred but not required

EMR
