Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of large-scale data center projects, primarily ground-up builds. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead full-cycle project management for mission critical / data center builds
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Implement innovative construction technologies and processes
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on mission critical or data center projects

Proven success managing ground-up builds from start to finish

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools

Willingness to travel or relocate if not local to Ashburn, VA
