In-Office : This is a 100% in-office role based at any of our Schaumburg, Il / Meridian, ID / or Rochester, NY locations. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week during designated work hours.

Position Overview

The Implementation Analyst is responsible for the configuration, testing, data analysis and delivery of new client implementations for their assigned department. This position will partner with the Implementation Consultants and EDI team throughout the implementation, as a system SME. Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to a high volume of client and internal emails daily through Salesforce to ensure timely communication and follow-up
• Partner closely with TPA Consumer team and Cobra implementation consultants, providing system setup consultation.
• Import & analyze data using various platforms
• Perform data audits, generate reports, and resolve system discrepancies
• Maintain daily case load, ensuring all tasks / follow up dates are within SLA

The pay range for this position is $44,800 - $64,000 / yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
