Team Success Partner
Our Quality Team is currently seeking a Team Success Partner with 1-2 years of experience in quality-related functions, team supervision, and proficiency in quality management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality metrics with the ability to target root causes of quality issues in a timely manner. This is a fully on-site position working core hours of 8am-5pm Monday through Friday with flexibility in schedule. Must be a US Citizen due to Federal Contract requirements.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Monitor productivity of personnel to ensure outlined goals and targets are met.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and available materials to support production and report shortages immediately to Manager.
- Monitor work schedules of assigned teams, ensuring accurate time reporting and address inefficiencies or misuse of time.
- Report workplace or equipment issues as needed to the Manager.
- Train and cross-train personnel to provide areas of growth and advancement.
- Attend periodic meetings with Managers as needed.
- Motivate and instruct Teams daily.
- Meet Production goals daily.
- Complete performance metrics / KPI reports including any additional reporting metrics as required.
- Lead special projects as assigned.
- Ensure continuous product flow in area.
- Escalate daily headcount needs to Manager to ensure daily and weekly goals are met without waste.
- Address misconduct and ensure Company policies and procedures are followed.
- Coach and counsel for improvements and to alleviate deficiencies.
- Engage Manager and Human Resources as necessary.
- Resolve issues and escalate complex issues to the correct teams.
- Align team in support of high standards for quality, safety, and security.
- Look for ways to continuously improve processes and escalate to the Manager for approval.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues.
- Ensure equipment and line setup is completed timely to set the Team up for success daily.
- Conduct start of day / end of day meetings with assigned teams.
- Conduct personnel performance reviews as necessary.
- Work with internal and external partners / vendors to ensure materials are available for production as needed.
- Demonstrate professionalism in conduct and presentation.
Skills and Specifications Required : Completion of a High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of one year of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience using work-appropriate enterprise systems - Ability to read and interpret documents such as client requirements, work instructions, and procedures - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions - Ability to work with and be proficient with Microsoft 365 software and various other office equipment - Ability to write and complete routine reports and correspondence - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure - Ability to effectively use problem-solving skills in standardized situations Please note : Combination of experience, direct reports, performance, and departmental function may determine level.
