Description Summary : Responsible for the coordination of orientation of all nursing personnel; representation of CHRISTUS in community activities; and planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing continuing education programs Responsibilities :

• Maintains consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.

Requirements : BSN required.

MSN preferred.

RN license in state of employment or a compact state.

BLS, ACLS.

BLS / ACLS / PALS Instructor Certification.

De-Escalation Certification (required if Educator in ED or BHU Units).
