From fixing leaks and wiring to solving mechanical challenges, youll be part of a dedicated team that supports our residents with skill, reliability, and care. Rotating on-call every 5 weeks.

Respond to routine and emergency maintenance service calls promptly and professionallyRepair or replace plumbing components such as faucets, drains, mixing valves, and toiletsInstall or repair electric and gas water heatersReplace electrical switches, receptacles, wiring, and other related componentsInstall or repair flooring, wood or vinyl base, trim, and glass as neededTroubleshoot mechanical systems, including : furnaces, pumps, air handlers, temperature control systemsParticipate as an active member of the Fire TeamTake part in after-hours and weekend on-call rotationAlways model Presbyterian Homes Hospitality Promises and uphold Corporate Compliance practicesSkills / Qualifications :
High school diploma required; trade school education preferred12 years of general maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare or residential settingStrong problem-solving ability in basic mechanical and electrical repairValid driver's license requiredPhysically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or walking most of the dayComfortable with regular exposure to dirt, dust, noise, and occasional temperature extremesAble to safely use power tools, ladders, and other equipment, with awareness of job-related hazardsStrong interpersonal skills with regular interaction with residents and staffAbout Us : Presbyterian Homes is a nationally recognized non-profit senior living organization that has provided exceptional care since 1904.
