Bluetek IT Solutions is looking for an energetic and motivated IT Service Guru who thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new. This role combines our Rapid Response responsibilities with hands-on Field Technician work — one position , two exciting sets of responsibilities.

This is not a remote position. You’ll work on-site in our Mechanicsburg office and travel to client locations as needed to support installations, pickups, deliveries, and onsite troubleshooting.
What You’ll Be Doing
Rapid Response Duties
- Providing stellar IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, phones, and more
- Troubleshooting Windows OS, Office 365 issues, email problems, and common user challenges
- Responding quickly to incoming tickets to keep client operations running smoothly
- Working alongside senior techs and learning new systems daily
- Delivering friendly, confident, customer-focused support
Field Technician & Deployment Duties
Assisting our lead field technician with onsite projectsPerforming pickups and deliveries of equipment across client sitesDeploying and installing computers, servers, cameras, phones, and network equipmentPerforming workstation swaps, new user setups, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and basic cablingSetting up new systems in-office before delivery (imaging, updates, software installs)Installing hardware neatly, professionally, and according to best practicesThis is a hands-on, varied, and rewarding role where you’ll see the impact of your work every single day.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of IT support experience (Help Desk, Support Tech, or similar)Strong understanding of PCs, mobile devices, networks, and troubleshootingExcellent communication and a customer-friendly attitudeAbility to work in-office and travel to client locations dailyStrong multitasking skills and the ability to stay cool under pressureA desire to learn, grow, and take initiativeBonus Points
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 certificationsExperience with camera systems, VoIP phones, or network deploymentsFamiliarity with RMM tools, ticketing systems, or MSP environmentsBenefits
