Forklift Operator

Production Associate

Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate in a coiling facility and paint line operation. This role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. You will be responsible for reading work orders and ensuring the quality of paint finishing operations.

Responsibilities :

• Operate a forklift safely after training if working in material handling.
• Feed and load machines with coils if working on the operations side.
• Inspect and read work orders and specifications for paint finishing operations.
• Collaborate with the quality department to ensure proper firmness, hardness, shine, and color.

Pay Rate : $21 / hr

Work Environment :

Work in an industrial setting that can be loud in certain areas. Be prepared for hot conditions during the summer, though the facility maintains a moderate temperature in the winter due to heat from the processes.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
