RTX has an opening for an Associate Director, Business Systems and Transformation - SAP Ariba and Business Network position.

We are seeking an experienced leader with experience transforming and modernizing organizations. Supply chain, SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network experience is desired. You will lead the business team in the design, configuration, and implementation of an enterprise-grade procurement and supplier management system for a major defense organization. The ideal candidate will lead the business team while partnering closely with the Digital Technology team, ensuring that SAP Ariba solutions align with corporate procurement strategy, compliance mandates, and mission-critical supply chain needs.

What You Will Do :

• Lead the end-to-end transformation of the Supply Chain moving away from a variety of heritage processes and systems and towards a consolidated future state set of processes and SAP Ariba and Business Network system.
• Lead the effort to drive to new standard process and system usage across the enterprise.
• Work closely with technical teams, partners, and business units.
• Support testing, data migration, and deployment activities across multiple business units.

Remote : This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is $147,000 - $295,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
