Job description
A company is looking for an Operations Engineer I (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Provide level 2 technical support for incident management and documentation
Deploy minor software patches and assist in application management on cloud platforms
Identify automation opportunities and maintain system observability through alerts and monitoring tools
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree or higher
Technical School diploma or certification
1-2 years of experience in technical support
Basic understanding of coding languages such as Ruby or Python
Familiarity with CI / CD pipeline tools and cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud
