Key Responsibilities

Develop new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential and global compliance

Collaborate with labs, scientists, and manufacturers to lead formulation strategy

Ensure all formulations meet testing, QA, and regulatory standards across key markets

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Experience developing top-selling products in the supplement or natural health space

Deep knowledge of formulation science and ingredient synergy

Understanding of global compliance frameworks (e.g., FDA, TGA, FSA)

Fluency in product-market fit with a commercial mindset

Curiosity and a detail-oriented approach to product development
