Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret startup plans, prints, and drawings to verify design accuracy and identify potential issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide troubleshooting support remotely and on-site.
• Perform field testing, start-up, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Document all findings, prepare reports, and communicate results to relevant teams.
• Support in-house electrical testing and load testing when not in the field.
