Overview

Contract Recruiter (90 Days) – Southeast Orthopedic Specialists, the Premier Musculoskeletal Practice in Northeast Florida, is looking for a driven and experienced contractor to play a pivotal role in growing our team with exceptional talent. In this high-impact role, you'll shape the future of our workforce by identifying top candidates, creating an outstanding candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet critical staffing needs. This role will be onsite, based in our Central Business Office, in Jacksonville, FL. (Near 95 and Butler Blvd).

What You'll Be Doing

As a key player in our talent strategy, you'll take charge of recruiting efforts that directly shape our team and fuel our growth. Here's how you'll make an impact :

• Partner with Purpose – Work side-by-side with Hiring Managers to understand their unique staffing needs and craft smart, effective recruiting strategies.
• Own the Process – Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish—ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone involved.
• Drive Talent Campaigns – Collaborate with the HR team to build powerful employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives that attract top talent.
• Find Hidden Gems – Proactively source exceptional candidates (passive and active) across multiple platforms—job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Spot the Best Fit – Review resumes, conduct engaging initial interviews, and assess both qualifications and cultural alignment.
• Champion Culture – Go beyond the resume to ensure candidates are not only skilled—but also a strong cultural fit for our team.
• Streamline the Experience – Manage the entire interview process : from scheduling and prep to feedback collection and debriefs—creating a consistent, high-quality candidate journey.
