In the realm of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) at PwC, you will focus on delivering consulting services utilizing Oracle technologies for performance management solutions. You will collaborate with clients to evaluate their performance management requirements, designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Your role will also include training and supporting clients to ensure they utilize Oracle EPM tools effectively, thereby improving their financial planning and analysis processes.

As a strategic advisor, you will leverage your expertise and influence to deliver high-quality results. You will motivate and coach team members, working collaboratively to address complex challenges. With increasing autonomy, you will demonstrate sound judgment to determine when to act and when to escalate issues. You are expected to tackle complexity, ask insightful questions, and communicate effectively about how various elements connect. Your Opportunity :

As a vital member of the Oracle EPM team, you will lead practices related to budgeting and forecasting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts. Your role as a Senior Manager entails overseeing large projects, innovating processes, and ensuring operational excellence as you engage with clients to achieve project success. You’ll also be tasked with fostering trust among diverse teams and stakeholders through open communication, motivating teams to solve challenging problems.

The salary range for this position is : $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable employment laws. All employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
