The Role

This full-time locum opportunity is based at the Marshall campus and offers a 12-month assignment with flexible monthly shifts. Youll work alongside dedicated NPs / PAs with solid physician coverage, in a well-structured emergency setting.

Start Date : July 2025

Assignment Length : 1 year

Shifts : Minimum of 5 shifts / month required

Board Certification Required : ABEM only

Residency Requirement : EM residency-trained only

Certifications : Not required if ABEM certified

Facility Acceptance : Marshall is one of two sites (with Kilgore) currently accepting locum coverage

Alternative Boards (e.g., ABPS) : Not accepted

Staffing & Schedule Details :

Physician Coverage : Average of 25.86 MD hours / day

NP / PA Coverage : Average of 11.29 NPPA hours / day

Physician Shift Times :

o Monday : 7a4p, 1p9p, 9p7a

o Sunday, TuesdayThursday : 7a3p, 2p10p, 9p7a
