The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Digital Advertising Strategist to lead our Google Ads campaigns and drive customer acquisition through data-driven performance marketing. Based in our Old Town Scottsdale office, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, collaborative environment and knows how to scale digital ad accounts with precision.

What You’ll Do

Google Ads Campaign Management

• Own end-to-end strategy, creation, and optimization of all Google Ads campaigns—Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to maximize ROAS.
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with our creative team on visual assets.
• Test, measure, and iterate regularly to improve click-through rate, quality score, and cost-per-acquisition.
• Monitor performance and budget pacing daily, providing weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
