A company is looking for a Warranty Submission Specialist to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and submit accurate warranty labor rate and parts rate increase requests to manufacturers

Ensure compliance with manufacturer rules and respond to inquiries regarding filing status

Stay updated on manufacturer policies and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in an automotive dealership service department

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document preparation tools

Understanding of manufacturer warranty policies and detailed guidelines

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
