Job description

Alexandre Family Farm is looking for CDL A Regional Hay Flatbed Doubles Driver in Northern California to haul hay & occasional lumber loads. Our drivers are team players, professional, and dedicated to doing the job right. Alexandre Family Farms drivers play a vital role in the success of our customers, our company, and ultimately, themselves.

Compensation :

  • Pay per mile : 60 CPM
  • On Duty Hourly rate : $25
  • Additional Pay :

Layover pay : $40 per night, in sleeper

  • Loading / Unloading pay : $25 / Standard hourly rate
  • Detainment pay : $16 / hr
  • Paid semi-monthly / can be via direct deposit

  • 2021 model year trucks
  • Flatbed doubles, 5-axle
  • Manual Transmission

    • Qualifications

  • Must have valid CDL A license
  • Must be at least 23 years old
  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience
  • Tank Endorsement in state of residence preferred but not required
  • Doubles and Triples endorsement required
  • No more than 2 major moving violations within a 3-year period
  • No more than 2 accidents within a 3-year period
  • DOT Drug Screening required
  • Current Medical Examiner's Certificate
  • Ability to conduct all operations in a safe manner
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
  • Successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug screen and physical, as well as motor vehicle, criminal background, and employment reference checks
  • Must live within 150 miles of Medford, OR or be willing to relocate
