Job Summary
Were looking for caring, dependable individuals who have experience working with special needs children in schools, therapy centers, or home settings and want to build a long-term career in behavioral health.
No RBT certification yet? Thats okay well help you with training and Certification!
Responsibilities
Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans
Collect and record data on each session
Support positive skill development and independence
Communicate professionally with families and team members
Qualifications
Experience working with children with special needs or in special education (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Strong communication, reliability, and compassion
Able to pass a background check and training requirements
