Job Description

We are working with a family-owned, 100% ESOP company that is going through rapid growth. Our client has been around since the early 1900s, and they have an outstanding reputation. They are looking to hire a Custom Home Sales Rep who has experience selling framed lumber packages, doors, windows, or millwork in the greater Grand Island, NE area. This opportunity offers NO overnight travel. They pay a higher percentage of commissions than ANY of their competition, have an uncapped structure along with top-tier health benefits, 401k, and company stock options, which makes them an extremely lucrative option when exploring roles!

Responsibilities :

  • Call on builders and contractors.
  • Promote semi-custom to full-custom home options.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience selling lumber or related products
