Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide ticketing support, event information, and general assistance
- Troubleshoot basic account or access issues
- Maintain accurate notes and records of customer interactions
- Assist with game-day or event support as needed
- Escalate issues appropriately to supervisors or internal teams
- Deliver positive, professional service at all times
