Call Center Representative (On-site)

Diamond Braces is seeking a Call Center Representative (On-site) responsible for managing patient appointment scheduling, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.

Essential Functions :

  • Answer Client Inquiries : Respond to incoming phone calls and emails, providing accurate and helpful information to clients
  • Schedule Appointments : Set up and manage appointments for clients, ensuring their schedules align with office availability and their treatment needs.
  • Reach Out to Clients : Proactively contact clients to schedule their appointments, ensuring they stay on track with their treatment plans and receive timely care
  • Maintain Accurate Records : Update and manage client information in the system, ensuring all details are correct and up-to-date.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service : Ensure every client interaction is positive and professional, reflecting the high standards of Diamond Braces.
  • Support the Dental Team : Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
  • Stay Flexible : Be ready to handle additional tasks as required, adapting to the dynamic needs of the practice.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in customer service or call center role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Bilingual preferred.

    Job Type : Full-time and part-time available. Must be available for rotating weekends.

    Compensation : Pay range starting at $20.00 an hour; final offer will be determined by experience and qualifications.

    Job Location : In office at the Diamond Braces Headquarters (Englewood, NJ).

    Work Schedule : Monday through Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM, and Saturdays from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM (one Saturday per month is required).
