AVID Architects is seeking multiple Architects to work on meaningful projects from concept to completion. Please see our website for the qualifications expected of varying positions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and delivery of 1–2 larger projects or multiple smaller ones at a time
  • Translate bold ideas into buildable, meaningful spaces across medical, hospitality, multi-family residential, and commercial office projects
  • Guide projects from concept to construction, balancing creativity with technical precision
  • Collaborate seamlessly with clients, consultants, and teammates to uncover opportunities and solve challenges

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • Licensed architect with 5+ years of professional experience (not required for all positions)
  • Skilled in Revit and passionate about using design to make an impact
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the confidence to coordinate projects and serve clients directly
  • A collaborative partner who thrives on teamwork and proactive problem-solving
