As a Full-Time BCBA (25 hours / week) in a hybrid role , you will provide on-site (clinic and school-based) and remote services. This position includes the flexibility to conduct remote supervision of RBTs and one remote workday per week after the new hire probation period.

Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
• Delivering direct ABA services to support children in achieving their developmental and behavioral goals.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), including conducting remote supervision sessions in alignment with BACB standards.
• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and ensuring services comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Providing services across daycare, school, and clinic settings while maintaining at least 25 weekly billable hours .
