Job descriptionObserve crucial power monitoring system, environmental monitoring system, and building management system to identify problems and reduce the chance of equipment and operational downtime.Ensure the uptime and maintenance of HVAC, generators, and electrical distribution systems are up and running.Examine all mechanical equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning operations every day and inspect buildings, grounds, and all equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning operations. Make an effort to identify problems and take the necessary steps to resolve them.Make certain that the scheduled maintenance / cleaning is followed according to the defined predictive, planned, or preventive maintenance.
