Role Purpose Statement

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for supervising operations, ensuring proper equipment utilization, and maintaining sanitation standards to deliver high-quality products to our customers. The ideal candidate will actively engage employees in safety, compliance, and performance initiatives while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Main Accountabilities

Operational Oversight

Ensure the assigned area is organized, staffed, and operating efficiently to meet production and delivery timelines.

Oversee equipment functionality, preventive maintenance schedules, and proper usage to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Monitor sanitation practices to maintain a clean and compliant work environment in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Supervisor Responsibilities

Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, safety updates, and performance expectations.

Schedule and manage labor resources to achieve productivity targets and control overtime costs.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory standards (FDA, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, HACCP, GMP).

Document and review operational processes to identify and implement improvements.

Guarantee on-time and accurate production and / or catering for all flights.

Enforce safety protocols and lead initiatives to reduce workplace hazards.

Leadership

Motivate, coach, and develop team members within company policies and values.

Drive productivity and cost efficiency; implement corrective actions when necessary.

Champion company initiatives such as Quality, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, Employee Safety, and Continuous Improvement programs.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

1–3 years of supervisory experience in production, operations, or related field.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and engage teams.

Working knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.

Available to work rotationg shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays.
