Community Associate
This position will not become available until after 11 / 20 / 25. Responsibilities include setting up remote hearings via MS Teams, processing Guardian Ad Litem requests, assisting with invoice verification, processing vendor payments, preparing reports, ordering supplies, managing database entries, processing litigation hold notices, producing audio and video recordings, coordinating administrative hearing files, assisting at the receptionist desk, and preparing hearing files for microfilming.

Minimum Qualifications : High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or education and / or experience which is equivalent to the above.
Preferred Skills : Knowledge of Termination of Tenancy Procedures, Grievance Procedures, Section 8 Administrative Hearings Procedures, and Applicant Appeal Procedures. Minimum of two years full-time satisfactory general secretarial experience and two or more years' experience interacting with residents and with the public. Ability to work in a fast-paced judicial environment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with residents, applicants, participants, and attorneys / representatives. Ability to handle high volume of telephone calls. Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet daily deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook. Proficiency in typing.
