Shift Leader
Summary :
This position is one of great responsibility. When the store manager or assistant is not at the store this person is in charge. You must be a leader, delegator, and decision maker. You need to have a vision of the store and the ability to see what needs to be done and when. You need to master each position and be able to train new employees in each one as well. You need to be the eyes and the ears of the store.
Qualifications :
- Strong people skills
- Guest service orientated
- Must be attentive and display a positive attitude
- Must be neat and clean
- Must have an outgoing personality and be a team player
- Leadership qualities are a plus
- Treat people with respect
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be able to take and give direction
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
