Titan Placement Group invites you to explore a Dental Hygienist opportunity in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This role is with a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to delivering preventive and comprehensive dental care in a supportive and community-centered environment.

Salary and Benefits :

• Hourly Rate : $48 - $52 (based on experience)
• Sign On Bonus $10,000
• Schedule Options :
• Standard : 4-day work week
• Flexible : Either 5 days / 40 hours per week OR 4 days (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) with one 11-hour day and three 9.5-hour days
• Health Insurance : 90% employer-covered
• Dental and Vision Insurance
• Paid Time Off : 33 days per year + 8 paid holidays
• CME : $1,000 + 24 hours of approved CME time
• Retirement : 403(b) with 100% match on the first 3%, next 2% at 50%
• Malpractice Insurance : Covered under FTCA
• Long-Term and Short-Term Disability : 100% employer-paid
• EMR : Dentrix
