A company is looking for a SharePoint Administrator with some development experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve a backlog of SharePoint tickets
Assist in transitioning SharePoint processes to other systems and setting up SharePoint sites
Perform day-to-day SharePoint administration, including site management and user support
Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development
Proven experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools
Experience in managing high volume queues and providing strong customer service
Minimum of a high school diploma with relevant SharePoint experience
Ability to prioritize work based on urgency and business needs
