Clinical Shift Schedule : Standard clinic hours

On-Call Shift Schedule : 1 : 3 call rotation

Call Type : Shared hospital call

2024 Deliveries : 650

Level 2 Nursery with support from 3 Pediatricians

24 / 7 Anesthesia Coverage

Surgical Technology : Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 robotic systems

Current Team : 2 OB / GYN physicians on staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)

Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Experience : Open to experienced physicians and new graduates

Other Qualifications :

Strong teamwork and patient-centered care approach

Competency in routine and high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery, and procedures

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive OB / GYN services in a hospital-affiliated clinic

Conduct prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and surgeries

Participate in 1 : 3 shared hospital call

Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesia, and hospital staff for safe, coordinated care

Utilize advanced technology including robotic-assisted surgery
