Job Title : Bookkeeper

Location : Temple, Tx

Reports To : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Primary duties will include :

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and other key accounts.
• Record journal entries and assist with month-end close.
• Maintain organized documentation for audits and compliance.
• Generate basic financial reports and provide support to management as needed.
• Monitor daily cash receipts, vendor invoices, and customer payments.
• Assist with maintaining vendor and customer records in the accounting system.
• Prepare and send customer invoices; follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Process employee expense reports and reimbursements.
• Support payroll processing by providing timesheet and deduction data
• Assist with filing and maintaining financial records in accordance with company policies.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed.
