We are seeking a Creative Director who is a true visionary —someone who pushes boundaries, thinks beyond the ordinary, and drives the generation of new ideas to elevate our creative output. This individual will lead by example, unafraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the creative process. The role requires a leader with extensive experience in video production and paid media design , capable of both conceptualizing and executing groundbreaking campaigns that merge creativity with data-driven insights for optimal results.

As a Creative Director, you will inspire and lead a team of talented artists and designers, while collaborating across departments to ensure that fresh, innovative concepts align with our clients\' goals and market trends. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping new ideas, leading brainstorming sessions, and pushing creative boundaries .

Creative Director Responsibilities Lead Creative Concepts and Visions

Develop and communicate a clear creative vision that aligns with the client\'s overall goals and brand identity, with a focus on paid media design and video advertising.

Team Leadership

Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, videographers, and content creators, while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages fresh, impactful ideas.

Conceptualize and Execute Campaigns

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Video Production and Digital Marketing

Oversee and contribute to video production efforts, particularly in the OTT and CTV.

Integrate video content with digital marketing strategies, including paid media, to maximize engagement and ROI.

Data-Driven Creative Decisions

Leverage data analytics to inform creative decisions and ensure campaigns effectively reach target audiences and achieve business goals.

Stay Current with Industry Trends

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative tools, particularly in video production and digital marketing, to maintain a competitive edge.

Creative Director Requirements Be able to work in-office at our headquarters in Louisville, KY.

Proficient in Google Web Design.

Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role, with a strong emphasis on paid media design, OTT and CTV video advertising, and video production.

A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and creative projects in the digital marketing or advertising space.

In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, particularly in data-driven creative strategies.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proven ability to push creative boundaries, think outside the box, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
