Compass Point, an Akima company, is seeking a Program Manager who is responsible for overseeing selected Law Enforcement client engagements and assisting in building relationships and additional business opportunities in the Federal Law Enforcement marketplace.
The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented, business-savvy individual with significant experience supporting Department of Justice (DOJ) and acts in a hybrid role between Operations & Growth, responsible for direct client contract value retention, as well as growth through contract expansion and the introduction
of new services.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include o verseeing operations of selected current client projects to include : The Program Manager will serve as a leader and key contributor for proposal development, contract negotiation, contract compliance, and business development initiatives. The Program Manager ensures master plans and schedules are followed, develops innovative solutions to address project challenges, and directs others for successful completion of projects on schedule, on budget, and compliant with corporate / contractual quality standards.
