Manufacturing Technician

The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role requires advanced technical knowledge in electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems, as well as experience in robotic programming and general fabrication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Work with PLC logic systems for troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Program, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial robots as needed.
• Fabricate and modify equipment components to support production operations.
• Utilize and maintain equipment using Allen Bradley and Siemens systems.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support shift handoffs by arriving early or staying late as needed.
• Work scheduled overtime in 4-hour increments when required to meet production demands.

Qualifications :

• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or related technical roles.
• Advanced experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of PLC logic and programming.
• Hands-on experience with robot programming and troubleshooting.
• Basic fabrication and mechanical repair skills.
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley and Siemens controls required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
