Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support across the company’s global operations. This role involves advising on a wide range of legal matters, drafting and negotiating complex IT and ITES-related agreements, and ensuring compliance with employment and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities :

Contract Management :

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements including :

• Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Confidentiality Agreements
• IT and ITES-related contracts
• Agreements and related agreements.
• Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable laws and aligned with business objectives.
