Continuous Improvement Project Manager - Six Sigma

Job Summary :

This position is focused on reducing costs, improving processes and operating efficiency utilizing various operational excellence principles. Acting as a change agent and coach, you will lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise and coach others in problem solving and continuous improvement methods. In this role you will identify improvement opportunities and support trained practitioners in the utilization of Lean and Six Sigma principles to lead and complete continuous improvement projects that result in sustained performance improvement. The successful candidate will have the ability to educate and motivate individuals at all levels of the organization and the ability to manage large scale projects to a successful and timely conclusion. This position will support all Ichor Systems business units and the role will require travel (up to 30%).
