Position Overview

What you'll do : Being a maurices full-time retail store manager means leading a team of talented associates to create an unforgettable customer experience. You will supervise a high-performance team of 8-20, including 3-4 members of management.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent).
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Manage the omni-channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expenses.
• Connect with the community to increase awareness.
• Drive new ideas, share information with others, and create solutions.
