Overview

Senior Radio Frequency / High Power Microwave Engineer (Job ID : 3935) – Valkyrie Enterprises, Huntsville, AL. Contingent upon contract funding.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical analysis of technical data packages including SRR / SFR / PDR / CDR presentations, HPM acceptance test planning / results, HPM lethality analysis, and HPM risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide recommendation on emplacement of HPM system to maximize lethality while limiting impact to equipment.
• Interface with Naval Surface Warfare Division-Dahlgren HPM SMEs to provide leadership with recommendations on a wide range of efforts being conducted.
• Perform all source analysis to acquire required technical specifications.
• Provide professional engineering advice, guidance and assistance in various stages of research, development and deployment.
• Formulate / estimate technical parameters that are not available from all source analysis.
• Support preparation of risk assessment reports, safety assessment reports, and technical data packages and presentation materials.
