Grants Accounting And Compliance Coordinator

Coordinates and assists with Alamo Colleges Districts post-award process for all externally funded grants. Coordinates and assists with monitoring and providing interpretation of grantor requirements. Applies generally accepted accounting principles of governmental accounting in working with specialized grant accounting records. Performs a wide range of technical accounting, analysis and reporting within assigned areas of Alamo Colleges grants and contracts. Provides direct services to grant program managers at Colleges and District.

Qualifications :

Minimum Education and Experience :

• Bachelors degree in accounting or related field or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
• Three years experience in accounting or related field in a nonprofit / governmental, or higher education setting.
