Plans And Programs Analyst

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Plans and Programs Analyst to support the SPACEFOR-SOE Plans and Programs Director at USSOCOM. This office is responsible for drafting, editing, and executing all space-based, strategic plans and programs in support of USSOCOM space forces.

What you will be doing :

• Provide strategic, operational and tactical-level knowledge in writing all plans and programs within SPACEFOR-SOE.
• Deliver subject matter expertise on programmatic mission areas of the US Space Force and the National Security Space enterprise.
• Assess all working USSF plans during exercises and submit a comprehensive assessment report to guide and inform weight of effort and focus areas.
• Track plans and program progress through multi-staff level coordination to meet current and emerging mission requirements.
• Assist with developing, coordinating, formalizing, and maintaining plans and programs towards future development, targeting, training requirements, and framework efforts.
• Ensure all planned requirements across the S-Directorates are being met by subordinate organizations.
• Coordinate and validate USSF SOE requirements and spend plans against USSF and USSOCOM framework.
