OB / GYN Hospitalist opening in Seattle, WA Location : Seattle, WA a' Greater Seattle area with access to the Pacific Coast and nearby mountainsPermanent full-time opportunity with flexible 24-hour shifts at major hospitals$20,000 sign-on bonus offered Position Details : - Start : As soon as credentialed - Schedule : 6a'8 flexible 24-hour shifts per month - Setting : Inpatient a' High-volume hospitals (First Hill : 6,000 deliveries / year; Issaquah : 1,800 deliveries / year) - Role : Comprehensive OB / GYN hospitalist care, including obstetric triage, deliveries, GYN emergencies, and surgical assists - Team : Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and OB providers; academic opportunities teaching fellows and residents - EMR : Epic Responsibilities : - Manage obstetric triage and emergencies (ectopic pregnancies, torsions, etc.) - Support OB and MFM teams with deliveries and surgeries - Perform routine GYN procedures (including diagnostic laparoscopy) - Participate in academic and teaching activities - Provide care across a diverse patient population, from routine to high-risk Requirements : - Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB / GYN (within 5 years of residency) - Washington medical license (or willingness to obtain) - DEA (required before start) - Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred - Must already reside in or be willing to relocate to the immediate Seattle area - Not accepting visa candidates Compensation & Benefits : - Base salary : $285,120 a' $380,160 annually (based on shifts worked) - $20,000 Sign-On Bonus - Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage - Financial benefits : HSA, FSA, 401(k) with profit sharing, ESPP - Paid parental leave, paid sick leave (70 hours annually), fertility benefits, and EAP - Continuing education assistance, professional development support, and multiple discount programs - Paid sick leave grant annually (prorated for new hires) - Relocation support may be required if not local Estimated pay range / amount is $243k to 455k.
