• Direct and oversee our Infection Control Program, ensuring compliance with CMS, TJC, CDC, OSHA, and other federal and state regulations.
• Analyze infection data to identify trends, clusters, and variances, implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
• Manage hospital policies aligned with current infection control guidelines.
• Conduct surveillance, analysis, and reporting of hospital-acquired infections.
• Maintain comprehensive employee health records and develop relevant policies.
• Facilitate in-service programs focused on employee wellness.
• Oversee the health onboarding process for new hires.
