We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a Contract basis in Rock Hill, South Carolina. This role involves managing key customer accounts, resolving inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage key customer accounts by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Handle order intake processes, including entering and coordinating customer orders.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to inventory, pricing, deliveries, and technical concerns.
  • Track incoming shipments and backorders to provide timely updates to customers.
  • Recommend additional products or services based on customer needs.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and resources.
  • Participate in employee development programs, including training on products and applications.
  • Collaborate with team members to support business growth initiatives and administrative activities.
  • Prepare reports and provide information as requested by management.
  • Act as a backup for team members in their absence, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and inventory-related issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with tools, equipment, and compressors is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs.
