Loan Loss Recovery Support Specialist

The Target Pay Range for this position is $23.37-$28.51 hourly. The full Pay Range is $21.11-$33.70 hourly. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. You'll be the backbone of administrative support for our recovery team, making sure every action aligns with compliance standards and member-focused values. This role includes onsite training at our Tukwila, WA location to set you up for success. After training, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule that combines remote work with required onsite days each week at our office in Tukwila, WA.
