We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive service and repair, with expertise in various systems including powertrain, diesel engine repair, electrical,steering, and suspension. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring the optimal performance of vehicles. ASE certifications are not needed but are highly requested. Your mechanical knowledge and attention to detail will be essential in delivering high-quality service to our customers.
- Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical components, and more.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems before they become serious issues.
- Repair or replace faulty parts using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive service and repair.
- Proficiency in diagnosing powertrain issues and performing diesel engine repairs.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience with wheel alignment techniques and suspension adjustments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Pay : $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours : 42 per week
