Job descriptionFabricate finished metal products from drawings and specifications Install and repair a variety of equipment and components Interpret and follow blueprints to achieve product requirements Measure and verify materials to confirm dimensions and tolerances Perform weld tests and inspections to validate quality and fit-up Hands-on TIG welding experience on aluminum or steel (required) Working knowledge of welding tools, processes, and shop safety Ability to read engineering blueprints and schematics Comfort with physical tasks in a production environment GD&T Welding setups for production Blueprint reading TIG welder

About the role
Step into a hands-on role in a busy machine shop / manufacturing environment in the Centerville, IN area. As a Precision TIG Fabrication Technician, you’ll set up your TIG equipment, study detailed prints, and fabricate new metal components with accuracy and care. Your work will span welding, assembly, and in-process checks to ensure every part meets spec.
Schedule & compensation
- Direct-hire, full-time, 100% onsite
- First shift
- Up to $27 / hr (depending on experience / skill level) + full benefits package
