Lincoln Electric seeks an Electronics Engineer to support our Electronics Factory in Cleveland. The role involves supporting PC board development, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance manufacturing operations. What You Will Do

• Engineer safe, high-quality, cost-effective manufacturing of PC boards.
• Engage in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or chemical tasks based on background.
• Contribute original ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D, Maintenance, and other departments to improve product quality and manufacturability.
• Interact with external vendors and oversee technical team activities.
• Perform cost, capacity, and capability analyses for process enhancements.
• Manage projects and develop training resources to improve manufacturing processes.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
